PGTPL Genealogy Club: Using City Directories in Your Research

City directories help us trace residents, local businesses, and social, religious, and charitable institutions to a particular place at a particular time in history.  In this presentation, we’ll learn about the types of information we can derive from city directories, where we can locate these sources, and how we can search them.  Presented by Casey Pfeiffer, Historical Marker Program Director, Indiana Historical Bureau.
